A ‘must have’ certificate for the aspiring fitness professional, this is the standard entry route qualification for a career in the fitness industry. This course provides you with the key skills to work as a fitness instructor, or to progress onto more advanced instructing or personal training.
This course consists of six modules:
There is no formal entry requirement for this qualification, however candidates should have some awareness of using the gym or equivalent. Learners must be over 16.

Allows candidates to enter the REPs at Level 2
